Namaste !
Further to my communication of July 15,
2019, I am pleased to send you my second suggestion for your
consideration and needful.
This is regarding the interesting fact you
revealed in your last Speech of the 16th Lok Sabha regarding names
of Prime Minsters inscribed on the Plaque at the seat for PMs in the Lok Sabha :
a)
Request
the Honourable Speaker of the Lok Sabha to instruct Lok Sabha Secretariate, to
replace the old plaque which carried the names of only Nehru-Gandhi members, with
a new plaque carrying names of all Prime
Ministers of the country showing the dates during which they were
PM, in chronological order.
b)
This
would be a major “righting of the wrong”
and send a clear message to the entire country that your government will
always play fair and do what is right, historically and not hesitate to
correct any distortions of history perpetuated
or instituted by anyone in the past.
