Hemendra Varma is a Mechanical Engr from IIT, Kharagpur and has completed a 5-month Mgmt Educ Prog(MEP)from IIM, Ahmedabad. Has over 50 yrs of work exp of which the 1st 15 yrs were in the industry. In 1987, started his management consultancy activities in Opns Mgmt, MIS, OD & HRD. Has a number of published articles in publications like Eco Times, Fin Exp, Indian Mgmt, Mgmt Review, Himmat etc. Founded “The 5S Institute” in Jan ‘05. - India’s & the world’s1st institute dedicated to 5S.

After a lot of dithering and planning, I have finally opened my blog and am making my first post. Let me see how this looks.
